Well designed email newsletters can help you engage with more travelers and drive more visitors to your website.
Travelers are getting flooded with more and more emails every day. That makes it more important than ever to make sure yours is meeting the needs of your users.
One of the most important ways to ensure the success of your e-newsletter to make sure it’s well-designed.
One of my favorite travel marketing blogs, dottourism, did a recent review of e-newsletter designs that caught my attention.
Here are three of my favorite newsletters from that post:
1. Easy Jet
This newsletter is a good example of how to brand your newsletter with your corporate color, and how to organize your information well. They resist the temptation to put too many offers in the email, but make it easy for the reader to find more information on 7 different categories of information.
2. Lonely Planet
Lonely Planet’s “Seize the Days” email do a nice job of presenting enough information on the two guide books they’re promoting to actually make the sale. Their eye-catching design also offers easy navigation to each guide.
3. Iceland
Iceland’s Discover the World e-newsletter piques your interest with an ”At a Glance” box on the top right. Then they answer all your burning questions about the country below the fold of the email. The newsletter also does a nice job of combining illustration and photography.
Those are just a few examples of what some of the world’s best travel brands are doing with their newsletters. What are you doing with yours?
